ARE THE PACKAGES PROTECTED AGAINST WARM WEATHER?

Sweet Bouquet does everything possible to protect your gift against warm weather. Each order AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDES cold packs, at no additional cost to you! These cold packs help to keep the chocolate and candy cool and the use of insulated boxes also helps protect your gift against damage. We also limit the number of days in transit, so you may see some shipping options restricted, depending on the state you're shipping to. Sweet Bouquet guarantees your gift against heat damage. Our guarantee does not apply to delays due to acts of nature or delivery attempts that were not successful.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
The shipping charges are per address and sent via UPS. As you add individual items to your “candy bag”, a more specific shipping cost will be provided.

UPS GROUND DELIVERY provides business day delivery Monday thru Friday, EXCLUDING major holidays. There will be no Saturday or Sunday deliveries offered via UPS Ground, as Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days. All orders received Monday thru Friday before 2 p.m. EST will ship the FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. Rates range from $7.00 to $12.00, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, as additional charges will apply to these areas.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR provides 2nd business day delivery to any area within the U.S. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays. There will be no Saturday or Sunday deliveries offered via UPS 2nd Day Air, as Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days. All orders received Monday thru Friday before 2 p.m. EST will ship the same day. Cost is $15.00 - $42.00 per item.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR SATURDAY DELIVERY provides Saturday delivery to most U.S. locations by 1 p.m. Orders will be shipped on Thursday and delivered on Saturday, excluding any major holidays. All orders must be received by 2 p.m. EST on Thursday in order qualify for Saturday delivery. Regular shipping costs apply with an additional Cost of $12.50 per product for Saturday delivery.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER provides next business day delivery to any U.S. commercial destination and by the end of the next day for any residential destination. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days and there is NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. Ordering cut-off is 2 p.m. EST. Cost is $23.00-$63.00 per product.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR SATURDAY DELIVERY provides Saturday delivery by noon to most U.S. destinations. Orders are shipped on Friday and delivered on Saturday, excluding major holidays. Ordering cut-off is 3PM EST on Friday. Cost is $43.95 per product.

LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE IN ORLANDO, FL ONLY. Orders received by 4 p.m. EST Monday thru Friday can be delivered locally in Orlando, FL on the next business day. Cost is $5.00 PER RECIPIENT ADDRESS . In some instances, same day delivery may be available. Please call us directly at 1-800-9SWEET9 for assistance by a Sweet Specialist.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? In most instances, orders received Monday thru Friday before 2 p.m. EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. will not ship until the next business day. Sweet Bouquet does not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

IS APARTMENT DELIVERY AVAILABLE? Delivering to an apartment can lead to delivery delays if the resident is not home. Sweet Bouquet is not responsible for packages that are left at any apartment. We recommend that the packaged gift be left at the apartment complex leasing office, during their business hours for the recipient to pick up. You can specify this shipping comment during check out.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITALS? Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to hospitals, due to common delays. We recommend that you delivery directly to the home of the patient.

WHAT IF I HAD MY ORDER SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS? Orders sent to a wrong address are not guaranteed. There is a UPS $10 fee to fix and forward the package to the correct address, which will be charged to your credit card on file.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY? We do not ship outside of the U.S.
